White Stuff Lucky Dip Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The promotion is brought to you (the “Entrant”) by White Stuff Limited of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE (“White Stuff”).

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Lucky Dip Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is only open to residents in Ireland attending the Kildare Village store opening event (the “Event”).

  2. Employees of White Stuff or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  3. White Stuff reserves the right to refuse to award any of the prizes to anyone whom it reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. The Promotion is available in store only.

  2. The Promotion runs for the duration of the store's event timings 13/11/25 - 16/11/25 inclusive (9:30am – 5:00pm GMT)

THE PRIZE

  1. The Promotion consists of prize to be drawn following the Kildare Village Opening Event.

  2. Each day, the ‘Lucky Dip’ prize pool consists of:

  • 1 x ‘Win your Shopping’
  • 1 x  ‘Fortnum & Mason’ Hamper
  • 5 x  €5 Giftcard
  • 5 x €10 Giftcard
  • 10 x Sweet Treat (donut redeemable from Rolling Donut)

  1. The ‘Win your Shopping’ prize is only redeemable on the customer’s original items brought to the White Stuff till prior to drawing from the lucky dip.

  2. The ‘Lucky Dip’ prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no alternative is offered.

GENERAL

  1. By entering the competition, you understand that your personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, as set out in White Stuff’s privacy policy https://www.whitestuff.work/eu/privacy-policy

  2. Your personal data will not be used by us for any other purpose unless you have provided your consent to us using your data for direct marketing.

  3. We reserve the right to withdraw this prize draw or amend, vary, cancel, or suspend the prize draw at any time and without notice where it becomes necessary to do so.

  4. Any changes to the prize draw Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.

  5. No purchase is necessary.

  6. White Stuff’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

  7. White Stuff, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, exclude all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature, however arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

  8. The winner(s), in consideration of being awarded the Prize, may be required by White Stuff to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Prize Draw and as such, by entering the Prize Draw you are confirming that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (where requested) and a statement or statements made by you in respect of the Prize. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to provide White Stuff with the right and licence to use the publicity information you provide in this respect on the White Stuff website and White Stuff social media channels.

  9. The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.
