Not quite sure about something you bought? No problem at all. You can exchange or return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase or receipt (and within 14 days for sale and outlet items).

SHOP RETURNS

Pop into any White Stuff shop to return your items for free, including online orders. Returning to shops means you’ll get your refund back quicker (which is a bonus).

Outlet items can be returned to any White Stuff shop (it doesn’t have to be an outlet). And If you bought your items at a concession like John Lewis, they’ll be able to do the return for you.

ONLINE RETURNS

Want to return something you bought online? It’s super easy. Start a return below using our returns portal.

You can choose to drop your items off at a parcel point or locker, or have them collected from your house. Returns are free with Evri and £2 via Royal Mail.

You can also return online orders to our shops for free.
